Executive summary about Weight Loss Tea by Uma Mays

There are 3 main distinct types of tea which can be generally categorized as follows:

They are allowed to oxidise only partially, giving them a rich, floral flavour. The tea is then dried fully; locking in the rich flavors that oolong tea is known to offer. Weight Loss Tea and the Immune System

Executive summary about Weight Loss Tea by Tim R. Goodman

Modern science has continually proven what people have known for a long time – that tea is filled with healthy, beneficial compounds that support a strong immune system and healthy living. In recent years, not only are people consuming Chinese tea to supplement their weight loss efforts and stay healthy, but are also taking green tea pills that contain the tea in its most concentrated form.

Most teas, particularly green tea and white tea, are bursting with extremely high levels of antioxidants. Antioxidants function to remove free radicals from the body, which are a large component of aging, cancer, and poor health. Most teas will contain a very high percentage of three such antioxidants: vitamin C, polyphenols, and flavonoids.

The role that most teas, from gourmet oolong tea to weight loss tea, hold as an immune system booster is largely attributed to that high concentration of antioxidants that they contain. In order to ensure that you are getting enough in your diet to not only supplement healthy weight loss, but an enhanced immune system, it is best to consume green tea in its brewed form, rather than supplementing with pills.
